We define the shift in roles and responsibilities, with the detailed accountabilities across functions. Our operating rhythm address all components of the value flow from concept to cash, including culture, executing governance, change in leadership styles and talent, and technological enablers.

Perform Sprint 0 and mockup Program Increment Plans before actual launch of PI Plan.
