Our iQCoahes continue to mentor COE to perform current state analysis and build blueprint for future in the form of operating rhythm. iQCoaches feed their years of transformation experience into the operating rhythm by fine-tuning agile methodologies and set the stage for change. We define the shift in roles and responsibilities, with the detailed accountabilities across functions. Our operating rhythm address all components of the value flow from concept to cash, including culture, executing governance, change in leadership styles and talent, and technological enablers.

Prepare and Setup

Handpick pilot products and teams to experiment the change as the productivity of the teams will dip before growing exponentially. Execute Mockups and Tweak

As part of careful change, we focus on the job training with lifeguard support (Continuous hand holding by the iQCoahes) rather just bombarding with training and ask them to swim without lifeguard. In this phase our iQCoahes mentor the teams with 1:1 coaching by deep diving into the new ways of working. Lots of just in time training and coaching. Be a navigator be letting teams to drive. Perform Sprint 0 and mockup Program Increment Plans before actual launch of PI Plan.
